The magic begins with the generations of families that have nurtured and farmed the lands of the “Great Niagara Fruit Belt,” nestled between the shores of Lake Ontario and the arc of the Niagara Escarpment. These Farmers have benefited from the perfect growing environment of rich and sandy sedimentary soil and warm lake air.
